PAYMENT AND INVOICING:

All fees should be paid in EUR (€), free of all bank charges, by bank transfer or on-site. Please always include the full name of the participant in the payment details while sending payments by bank transfer.

We highly recommend making advance payments via bank transfer.

An invoice of the amount paid will be issued based on the details provided while registering (make sure you fill the form with the right invoicing details requested).

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• All kinds of cancellations must be emailed immediately to varady@business-meetings.net prior to the event.
• The fees will be refunded if the cancellation is announced before April 1, 2024. After this date, refunds will not be possible.
• For a name change, written permission from the original participant will be required, along with full contact details of the replacement.
• Refunds will be processed and issued 50 days after the workshop.
• No-shows at the workshop will not be refunded.

In case of any change in registration or cancellation Business Meetings Ltd. reserves the right to charge a €20 handling fee.
